SERIALIZATION OF INDIVIDUAL CARTONS

The Single Pack solution provides a user an operator centric platform for the serialisation of individual cartons. The folded cartons are conveyed by a double guided top band belts which ensures stable positioning after leaving the cartoner. Both top and bottom bands are completely adjustable in three dimensions to quickly and easily accommodate various carton sizes. Labels are applied as required on the flaps (front or back side) or the top of the folding boxes. The Single Pack solution can be integrated into an existing production line with automated product feed or can be operated as a portable stand-alone unit with manual supply. 

Thanks to our Configure Fast software, identical print data is sent to the printer and to the camera‘s print imager. Control all system equipment from a single interface without the need to switch between different programs.
